Depends on the boiler and what the manufacturer recommends. My triple pass, double filtration, set up perfectly only gets cleaned about every 4 years, filters & nozzle when the vacuum gauge says so. I do stick the analyzer on it every year just to see where I'm at. That's great but the average homeowner should have it done once a year.
