It was professionally fitted and yet 12 months ago when it failed Ravenheat refused to honour their own 2 year warranty claiminng I hadnt had it serviced in the 12 months prior to it failing. In the first instance the repair was a faulty PCB and cost £150 to repair.

We now have to replace this boiler and its not even 2 years old. in my opinion they are not fit for purpose.

Sep 03, 2019 · I have a problem with a Ravenheat CSI 85 (18 months old) which will only give DHW when the CH is on. If turned to DHW mode the boiler will not fire. I have checked diverter valve which is operating microswitch ok when hot water tap is running and also checked that microswitch works and leads back to circuit board are all ok too.

Mend it - Ravenheat Boiler not firing up? I have a problem with my CSI 120 T boiler, the fan runs constantly when switched on even the the timer in he off position, when swithed to auto or on position it fires up and heats the rads for about a minutes then the burner knocks off, about 5 minutes later it starts to heat the water again, however the DHW seems to be working okay.
